Indra made the switch from housewife to her true passion: Cooking! Thus was born Mom's Kitchen, located in Plasa Bieu in Punda. Here she serves not only delicious krioyo dishes, but also nutritious meals with a homey touch.
Indra's path was not always easy. As a single mother, she had to overcome many obstacles. Thanks to her perseverance, eagerness to learn and the support of Qredits, she is now stronger than ever. “When I decided to start my own business, I didn't have a steady job,” says Indra. "I can hardly sit still, and cooking has always made me happy. One day someone from Fundashon Marshe told me that a kitchen became available in Plasa Bieu. I immediately said ‘yes.’"

Six years later, Indra is still cooking with love. She prepares more than 50 meals daily and serves locals and tourists alike. Customers can eat on site, pick up or choose delivery in Otrobanda, Punda and Saliña.
